When you have hit the target walk to the green square

After that you have to hide before 20 seconds are up

TIP: HIDE IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER WHERE THE ELECTRICAL BOX IS ,

Now that you have completed the previous task , you will find yourself trapped in a box of lasers!

See the electrical box that I was talking about before?

Well throw a snowball at that and it should brake and you will be able to escape!

You are now a secret agent!

You can now enter the base and start helping others!
